At Berries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Berries account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
